Pre-Survey
- Hospital Wide Gap Analysis as per the JCIA standard requirements
- Project planning & timelines
- Training Program for hospital staffs- Train the trainers
- Support in Documentation- Developing policies, plans & Manuals
- Developing Key Performing Indicators & Analysis (Development of KPI Profiles, Data collection Tools, dashboards, trend analysis)
- Design of KPI data validation and analysis
- JCIA Library of measures
- Designing the quality and patient safety programme.
- Support in Implementing Quality improvement projects (Clinical & Non clinical), using Quality tools (FOCUS PDCA, DMAIC, RCA, FMEA, HVA, 5S, etc)
- Support in Identifying, monitoring and analysing the Clinical pathway & Clinical Practice guidelines compliance.
- Designing the Ongoing Physician Performance Evaluation for clinicians
- Conducting periodic Mock Audits for onsite preparedness
- Conducting audits for facility, infection control and medical records related compliance- Fire safety, emergency preparedness (non-clinical), hazard safety compliance check, waste management, medical record Deficiency audit, IT down time planning etc
- Training & Support in planning the Clinical Audit and analysis, with one real time case study.
- Design of hospital committees and performance evaluation
- Conducting Tracers – Patient safety & facility
- Support in JCIA application submission
- Safety Culture survey and analysis
- Training on Incident reporting & Root cause analysis
- Arranging JCIA mock Survey by external Surveyor (if required) and daily briefing on the observations/action plans.
During Onsite JCIA survey
- Full time onsite availability to support the team
- Support in Management of onsite Survey Command centre
- Daily briefing to the team and next day planning
Post Onsite JCIA survey
- Discussions, analysis and planning of actions for ‘Partial Mets” and “Not Mets
- Support in Submission of ‘Strategy into Plan” (SIP) to JCIA

NABL-ISO15189:2022 for Medical Laboratories
Why NABL?
NABL is an accreditation body, with its accreditation system established in accordance with ISO/ IEC 17011. NABL provides voluntary accreditation services To Medical testing laboratories in accordance with ISO 15189 ‘Medical laboratories -Requirements for quality and competence’. Laboratories implementing ISO 15189 strive to:
- Create systems that are as failure resistant as possible, will catch mistakes before they become a problem and reduce errors by getting things right the first time
- Identify opportunities for improvement at all times
- Involve and empower their staff by involving them in the solving of problems and the implementation of solutions

- Train the trainers - on ISO 15189:2022 implementation of the document (Technical & Management requirements)
